Charles "Cos" Costello

Charles “Cos” Costello, age 68, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY.  He was born in Evansville, In.  Charles was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church. For most of his life, he worked as a truck driver and equipment operator. Charles loved fishing and gardening.  He was preceded in death by his parents Columbus Henry “Bill” Costello & Eva Jean Willis Costello.

Charles is survived by his wife of 26 years Elaine Coots Costello, sons; Jamie Burgess (Lodema). Chad Costello. Grandchildren; Eeston & Pierce Costello. Raylan Burgess. Two brothers; Stevie Costello (Shelia). Phillip Costello (Lynette). Several close nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at 2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Woody Moore officiating.  Burial will follow in the Little Muddy Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 11 from 10:00am until 2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
