Clarence E. Reneer, 79, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was born in Owensboro, Ky. on Oct. 22, 1939 to the late Charles and Roselee Fitzgerald Reneer. Clarence was retired from Ford Motor Company and was a member of the UAW. He liked to work on wrecked cars in his spare time and loved to watch Westerns and read Western books. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Margaret Reneer; daughter Anna Basham; brother Charlie Reneer.
Clarence is survived by his grandchildren Kurt Peak (Leola) of Morgantown, Amber Dickinson (Duane) of Virginia, Amanda Hester (Terry) of Florida and Sierra Basham of Morgantown; 8 great grandchildren; brothers Billy Reneer (Linda) of Morgantown, Joe Reneer Sr. (Nell) of Louisville; sister Ruth Ann Reneer Barlow (Johnny) of Crittenden, Ky. and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 22 at 1pm with Bro. Jimmy McIntosh officiating. Burial will follow in the Hill Haven Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Monday from 9:30am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
