Darrell E. Napier

Darrell E. Napier, age 68, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025 at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky.  He was born in Frankfort, Germany on Jan. 6, 1957.  He was a member of New Home General Baptist Church and was a master carpenter and house builder.  He enjoyed cooking and carpentry.  He was preceded in death by his daughter Amanda Lynn Napier Holtz; parents Eugene and Ruth Ann Webster Napier and brother Steven Ray Hunt.

Darrell is survived by his son Joshua Napier Gatton; grandchildren Riley Holtz and Connor Gatton; sisters Glenda Flener, Regina Bishop (Red), Marlena Phelps (Doug); brother Jerry Webster and several nieces, nephews, special aunts and uncles.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025 at 11:00am at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Colovos officiating.  Burial will be in the Webster Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 15 from 9:00am until 11:00am at Smith Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hospice of Southern Kentucky, 5872 Scottsville Rd., Bowling Green, KY  42104.
