Della "Mimi" (Flener) Henderson

Della “Mimi” Flener Henderson, age 78, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Monday, March 31, 2025 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center.  She was born in Greenville, KY on July 17, 1946.  Della was a member of Sandy Creek Baptist Church and retired from Morgantown Bank and Trust after 25 years of service.  She loved being a Mimi to her grandkids and great grandkids.  She was preceded in death by her parents Shirley Jake and Margaret Cox Flener; sisters Joyce Mauzy and Nyla Faye Dalton; fur baby Cha Cha.

Della is survived by her husband of 60 years, Troy Henderson; son Robbie Henderson (Kim); daughter Tonya Henderson; grandchildren Jessica Gray (Jennifer), Trevor Henderson (Lauren) and Brooklynn Flener (Kenten); 3 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren; sister Joie Brown and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 12:00pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Wayne Stewart officiating.  Burial will follow in the Hill Haven Memory Gardens.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 6 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm and on Monday from 9:00am until 12:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
