Hazel "Dee Dee" (Wiley) Clark

Hazel “Dee Dee” Wiley Clark, age 94, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center.  She was born in Morgantown, KY on March 4, 1931.  Hazel was a member of Little Muddy Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  She retired from the Medical Center where she was a Registered Nurse.  She enjoyed reading and daily walks on the farm.  She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmie D. Clark; son Marc Clark; parents Felix Grundy Wiley and Ora Dee Willis Wyatt; her siblings.

Hazel is survived by her children Barbara Batsel (Tom), Judy Stephens, Joy Asbury (Gary) and Jay Clark (Shannon); 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 12:00pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Hatcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Little Muddy Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Monday from 9:00am until 12:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
