Joanna Lynn (Hancock) Skinner

Joanna Lynn Hancock Skinner, age 48, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at her residence. She was born in Warren County, Ky. on Aug. 3, 1973 to the late William Joe Hancock and Mary Ruth Henderson. She enjoyed learning about her Native American History, was fascinated with Australia and the color green.  She is preceded in death by her parents and brother Jesse Benonie Hancock.

Joanna is survived by her children Samantha Scarbrough, Melissa Skinner and William Hancock; grandchildren Artimis Scarbrough and Salem Scarbrough both of Morgantown.

A Private Ceremony will be held at a later date.  Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
