John Howard Obituary

John Stanley Howard, 62, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Sunday, Feb. 16,2020 at the Morgantown and Care Rehab Center. He was born on June 3, 1957 in Butler Co., Ky. to the late Willard and Jewel Casey Howard. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Beaver Dam, Ky., a drywall hanger and enjoyed fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Roswell, Willis and Garfield Howard and a sister Edith Howard.

He is survived by his children John Howard Jr., Connie Howard (Mark) both of Morgantown, Jordan Howard and Madison Howard both of Ohio Co., Ky. and Lilly Howard and Colby Howard of Union Co., Ky. and Marcus Flener of Morgantown; grandchildren Destiny Shepherd, Jericho West, Contessa Howard, Allison Howard, Kelsie Howard, Alisha Howard and Joslyn Howard, Raylynn Flener and Kenndin Flener; sister Virginia Case (Bill) of Beaver Dam, Ky.; brother Eugene Howard of Hammond, In., Michael Howard (Carol) of Hartford, Ky. and Lafe Howard of Morgantown; aunt JoAnne Weber of Louisville, Ky. and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
