Johnny R. Dotson

Johnny R. Dotson, 81, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center. He was born in Detroit, MI on Nov. 11, 1941 to the late William O. and Sarah Charlene Moore Dotson. He attended Morgantown Cumberland Presbyterian Church, was a Heavy Equipment Operator and enjoyed watching tv and hunting.   He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Carmen Geib, David Dotson and Kathy Zimmerman.

He is survived by his son Harold Dotson (Cathy) of Wilmington, NC and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2022 at 2pm at Smith Funeral Home. A private burial will be held after the service. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 26 from 12pm-2pm at Smith Funeral Home.
