Kathy Mae (Rouzer) Baker

Kathy (Rouzer) Baker, age 72, of Leitchfield, KY passed away on Monday, June 29, 2026.  She was born in Bedford, PA on Oct. 8, 1953.   Kathy was a CNA at Twin Lakes Hospital in Leitchfield.  Kathy loved knitting, cooking, baking and spending time with her grandkids.  She was preceded in death by her husband Elwood Baker; father Sheldon Rouzer; son Elwood Baker Jr.; sister Doranne Ray.

She is survived by her children Michael Baker and Erik Baker (Tanya); daughter Danielle Mentzer; four granddaughters Katie, Allie, Jenna and Jessie Baker; mother Doreen Feathers Rouzer.

Visitation will begin on Thursday, July 2, 2026 from 4:30pm-8:00pm at Smith Funeral Home, Morgantown.  A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
