Kevin Dale West, age 64, of Morgantown, KY, passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023, at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky surrounded by his family.  He was born in Jefferson County, KY, on August 29, 1959.  Kevin was self-employed and enjoyed collecting coins and model cars. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Lloyd and Nina Mae Johnson West; one son William Dale West; and great niece Livia Winter Gray.

Kevin is survived by his brother, Michael Lloyd West; three nieces, Kimberly Machell Ballard, Kyla Marie Dockery (Shawn) and Crystal Gail Page (Andrew); three great nieces, Carlee Morgan Ballard, Chloe Jewele Slaughter (Riley) and Cardyn Kwynn Dockery; three great nephews, Zachary Reed Miles, Carson Kennedy Page and Harrison “Harry” Michael Page; two great-great nephews, Fox Raynor Miles and Axel Frederick Miles; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A private graveside memorial will be held at a later date with family. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hospice House of Southern KY, 5871 Scottsville Rd., Bowling Green, KY  42104.
