Obituary
Kibby Sherman Norris, age 77, of Franklin, Ky. passed away on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was born in Butler Co., KY on June 26, 1945. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Morgantown and an entrepreneur. He was a United States Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam War and was a purple heart recipient. Kibby was preceded in death by his second wife Elisabeth Norris; mother Erdine Moore; brothers James Howard, Jerry Roach, Michael Moore and Richard Moore.
Kibby is survived by his wife Vickie Lowery Norris; son Brian Norris; grandson Trey Norris; step-son Anthony Boyd (Amanda Hoffman); step-daughters Nelda Ellis, Tammy Humble, Victoria Parker and Roxanne Mayhugh; step-grandchildren Eli and Malachi Boyd and Aspen Martin; sisters Lecia House (Neil) and Robin Ryckman (Joe); several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2022 at 2pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Embry officiating. Burial will be held in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery with Military Honors presented by the Ohio Co. Honor Guard Post #117. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 30, from 9am until 2pm at Smith Funeral Home.
