Larry James Smith

Larry James Smith, age 66, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023 at his residence.  He was born in Bowling Green, Ky. on June 5, 1957.  Larry worked in construction and loved to fish.  He was preceded in death by his parents James and Geneva House Smith; granddaughter Braelyn Marie Frank; sister Charlene Evans; son-in-law Robbie Cox; nephew Richard Parks; fur baby Nibbles.

Larry is survived by his fiancé Jennifer Johnson; children Jonathan Smith, Angie Cox and James Smith; 11 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; brothers Jimmy, Johnny and Earl Smith; sister Earlene Kirby; several nieces and nephews and his fur baby Elmo.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023 at 2pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Buddy Swift officiating.  Burial will be held in the Pleasant Rock Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023 from 10am until 2pm at Smith Funeral Home.
