Lendal Lee Renfrow

Lendal Lee Renfrow, 93, of Louisville, KY passed away on Friday, Aug. 6, 2021 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.  He was born in Butler Co., KY on June 12, 1928 to the late Covington and Clora Raymer Renfrow.  He retired from Kentucky Farm Bureau, was a member of Brooklyn Missionary Baptist Church and was a Mason at the George Washington Lodge.  He enjoyed playing guitar and singing gospel and country music.  Lendal was a Kentucky Wildcat fan.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Geneva Renfrow; wives Anna Pearl Thompson and Thelma Renfrow.

Lendal is survived by his wife Dora Morgan Renfrow of Louisville, KY; daughter Teresa Ottersbach (Edward) of Louisville; stepdaughters Janie Rogers (Homer) of Houma, LA, Leigh Renae Lewis (Arthur) of Huntington, IN and Stephanie Cherie Simmons of Madisonville, KY and 12 grandchildren.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 14 at 1pm with Bro. Tony Embry officiating.   Burial will follow in the Brooklyn Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, Aug. 14 from 11:30am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
