Linda (Cardwell) Belcher Glover

Linda Cardwell Belcher Glover, age 81, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at her residence.  She was born in Butler Co., KY on Aug. 20, 1944.  Linda was a homemaker and attended the Sugar Grove Methodist Church.  She took care of children for many years, decorated beautiful cakes and enjoyed sewing and painting.  She was preceded in death by her husband’s Phillip Belcher and James Glover; parents George and Elsie Myrl Hoops Cardwell; nephew Matt Stagner.

She is survived by her children Theresa Belcher Bell and Jennifer Belcher; step-daughter Amanda Glover (Charles); grandchildren Sarah Belcher (Jacob), Ashley Bell, Sally Cox (Trenton); great grandchildren Phillip and Lillian Wells, Lola and Evvy Cox, Henry Kirby; siblings David Cardwell (Linda), Jeanette Johnson (Sonny), Sharon Butrum (Charles); niece Janet Johnson; nephews Brian and Darren Cardwell; best friend Pat Cox and her fur baby Buddy.  

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2026 at 2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Woody Moore officiating.  Burial will follow in the Porter Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm and Sunday, April 26, from 10:00am until 2:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
