Margaret Elaine (Young) Hatcher

Margaret Elaine Young Hatcher, age 72, of Bowling Green, Ky. passed away on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023 at her residence.  She was born on Oct. 23, 1950 in Butler Co., Ky.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed canning and cooking.  She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Novella; 1 sister Pat and 3 brothers Billy, David and Bobby.

She is survived by her son Scott Dearing of Bowling Green, Ky.; brother Jimmy Alexander (Wanda) of Morgantown and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Tuesday, Oct. 10, 2023 at 12pm with Bro. Raleigh Blancett officiating.  Burial will be held in the Chapel Union Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 10 from 10am until 12pm at Smith Funeral Home.
