Mary Lee Phelps, age 86, of  Bowling Green, Ky. passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at the Cal Turner Rehab and Specialty Care in Scottsville, Ky.  She was born on Oct. 2, 1936 in Morgantown, Ky. to the late Elwood and Bonnie Embry Phelps.  She was a member of White Stone Quarry Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Ray, Robert, Odean and Bill Phelps; sisters Bertha Roberts and Emily Mae Campbell.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be held at Newton Cemetery on Friday, June 30, 2023 at 1pm with Bro. Danny Mooneyhan officiating.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 29 from 4pm until 8pm at Smith Funeral Home.
