Mary (Hall) Shirley

Mary Frances Hall Shirley, age 89, of Beaver Dam, Ky. passed away peacefully on Sunday, Jan. 16, 2022 at the Ohio Co. Hospital.  She was born in Harlan, Ky. on April 3, 1932 to the late John and Tilithia Hutchinson Hall.  She moved to Ypsilanti, MI as a young girl then moved to Beaver Dam, KY in 2015.  Mary was a cancer survivor, homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband of 71 years, Charles Shirley; son Keith Michael Shirley; 3 sisters Mae, Jean and Agnes; 3 brothers Arthur, Charles and Jack Hall; granddaughter Christine Stewart and one great granddaughter Willa Moore.

Survivors include her daughter Gloria Boyd (Donald) of Cromwell; granddaughter Angela Stovall (Adam) of Morgantown; grandsons Anthony Alan Moore (Emily) of Franklin and Ira Vojtkofsky (Joan) of FL; four great grandsons Gavin Moore, Trenton Stovall, Treylan Stovall and Weston Moore; four great granddaughters Mercedes Moore, Tori Mckenzie (Caleb), Keely Vojtkofsky, Maili Vojtkofsky; one great great grandson Liam Mckenzie; one great great granddaughter, due in March, Violet Mary Sue Mckenzie.

Mary will be cremated with services at a later date in Ypsilanti, MI.  She will be buried next to her husband at Arborcrest Cemetery in Ann Arbor, MI.
