Nancy Sue (Rice) Coppersmith

Nancy Sue Coppersmith, age 70, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Saturday, Feb.3, 2023 at the Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tn.  Nancy was born May 11, 1952 in Frankfort, Ky. to the late Raymond and Mary Rodgers Rice. She was retired from Walmart and enjoyed gardening, growing flowers and birdwatching. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Raymond Rice, Jr. and sister Barbara Cook. 

Nancy is survived by her husband of 52 years Fred Coppersmith; two sons; Adam Coppersmith (Mistie) and Davis Coppersmith; one granddaughter; Amber Coppersmith; two great grandchildren  Alyana Jade Santos and Jaylen Anthony Santos; sisters; Teresa Zopff, Sandy Rhodes, Carol O'Connell, Emma Jean Hutcherson. Brother Gary Rice.
