Patricia Elaine (Sublett) Casey

Patricia Elaine Sublett Casey, age 69, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.  She was born in Warren Co., KY on April 28, 1956.  Patricia was a homemaker and a member of Woodbury Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and cooking.  She was preceded in death by her parents Aubrey Sublett and Rachel Dunn Sublett; son Scotty Neighbors; husband Michael Earl Lindsey; grandchild Claira Grace Neighbors; sisters Jenny Kay Russ and Shannon Michelle Phelps; brothers Richard, Rickey and Randell Sublett.

She is survived by her sons Chris Neighbors (Tawnya) and Michael Lindsey (Samantha); grandchildren Olivia McDowell (Chris), Kain Neighbors, Kelsie, Kaytlin, McKenley & Nevaeh Lindsey; great- grandchildren Raelynn Neighbors and Drake McDowell; brothers Teddy Sublett (Doris), John Sublett; sisters Mary Cannon & Sherry Key and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 3:00pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Raleigh Blancett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Morgan Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Thursday from 8:00am until 3:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
