Peggy Vernell (Suddath) Pendley

Peggy Vernell Suddath Pendley, age 79, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at her home.  She was born in Quality, KY on April 9, 1944.   She was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and taking care of her flowers.  She was preceded in death by her parents Dennie and Buna Lucille Anderson Suddath; husband Glen Pendley; infant daughter Glenda Denise Pendley.

She is survived by her son Jimmy Pendley; daughters Tennie Cook, Eva Pendley, Neva Evans and Laurie Ann Woods; 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters Ruby Gaines Johnson and Gwen Richey; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 1:00pm.  Burial will follow in the Sandy Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 5 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am until 1:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.
