Penny Dianne Cardwell Milam, age 51, of Morgantown passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021 at the UK Chandler Hospital in Lexington, Ky. She was born on Jan. 24, 1970 in Bowling Green, Ky.  She worked with her husband hanging drywall.  Penny enjoyed being with her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents Danny and Dianne Cardwell; brother Kurt Cardwell.

Penny is survived by her husband of 34 years Michael Milam; daughters Sammi Foster (Jacob) and Roslyn Milam; granddaughter Arabella Foster and another one on the way; brothers Jr. Cardwell, Kieth Cardwell and Josh Cardwell (Jessica); several nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 at 1pm at Smith Funeral Home with Sister Leona Clark officiating.  Burial will be held in the Youngtown Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2021 from 10am to until time of service.
