Philip Ray Embry

Philip Ray Embry, 40, of Rochester, Ky. passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022.   He was born in Bowling Green, Ky. on Sept. 6, 1981. Philip was a painter and enjoyed being with his family.  He was preceded in death by his father Frankie Embry; grandparents Joddie and Mildred Embry and Billy and JoAnn Christian.

Philip is survived by his children Chloe and Ayden Embry; mother Judy Embry; sisters Sarah Embry and Gracie Embry; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022 at 2pm at Smith Funeral Home.  Burial will be held in the Wade Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Friday, Jan. 21 from 3pm-8pm and on Saturday from 9am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
