Sally Jo (Hower) Miller

Sally Jo Hower Miller, age 83, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center.  She was born on Dec. 8, 1939 to the late William and Helen Donaghy Hower and was raised in Ossian, In. She was a member of the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church.  She was a U.S. Army Veteran, a former nurse and worked for Dr. Wan.  Sally was preceded in death by her parents; a sister and brother; her mammie Tyra St. Clair and her adopted brother Louie.

Sally is survived by all the members of Corner Stone Assembly of God Church, her chosen family Robert and Angela Williams, Johnny Williams and his children Kaulin, Dalyn and Piper, Chris and Jessica Williams and their children Lyric and Liza, Jeremy and Kim Roach and their daughter Angelina, Sarah Williams and her son Noah, Ethan and Kaitlyn Williams and their children Gabriel and Lorraine; many friends that loved her and an abundance of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 2pm with Bro. Robert Williams officiating.  Burial will follow in the Wade Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Monday, June 12 from 10am until 2pm at Smith Funeral Home.
