Steve Allen Colter, 55, of Morgantown, Ky., passed away on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at the Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green. He was born in Racine, WI on July 25, 1964. Steve was a handyman and liked to work in the yard. He was the son of Murline Harcrow, who survives and the late James Colter. Steve was preceded in death by his father; brother Tommy Colter and stepfather Milton Harcrow.
Steve is survived by his sons Josh and Brandon Colter of Bowling Green; nine grandchildren; mother Murline Harcrow of Morgantown; sisters Judy Henderson (Reggie) of Morgantown, Kathy Edwards (Jimmy) of Theodore, AL; brother Danny Colter (Sue) of Bowling Green; uncle Willard McKinney (Mary) of Morgantown; aunt Judy Rigsby (Robert) of Bowling Green and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the directives concerning large gatherings, we are abiding by rules set forth by the Governor of Kentucky concerning the health and well being of our staff and the families we serve. All services are private and under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
