Talon Heath Jones

Talon Heath Jones, 10, of Morgantown passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green.  He was born in Warren Co., Ky. on October 29, 2008.   Talon was a 4^th grader at Morgantown Elementary School. He loved to hunt, fish, ride his bicycle, eat tacos and play on the internet. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Windell Jones.

Talon is survived by his parents Jerry and Christie Abbott Hurt of Morgantown and father Derek Jones of Morgantown; brothers Houston Jones, Easton Jones and Jaden Hurt; sisters Bryleigh Jones, Jerri Forbes and husband Andrew all of Morgantown; grandparents Troy and Linda Abbott of Morgantown, Debbie Jones of Bowling Green and Judy Daugherty of Morgantown; niece Keegan Forbes and nephew Levi Forbes both of Morgantown; several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 22 at 1pm at Smith Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Wallace and Bro. Mark Hampton officiating.  Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will begin on Tuesday, May 21 from 2-8pm and on Wednesday from 8am until time of service at Smith Funeral Home.
