Tammy Lynn (Poole) Deel

Tammy Lynn Poole Deel, age 59, of Morgantown, KY passed away on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2025 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.  She was born on Jan. 7, 1966 in Morgantown, KY.  Tammy was a homemaker.  She enjoyed painting, art, carpentry, reading the Bible, singing, dancing and talking to everyone.  Tammy had a heart of gold and would help anyone, she loved her family and her kids very much.  She was always in support of her kids and their dreams.  She just recently became a proud U.S. Marine mother. She was preceded in death by her parents Bobby Poole and Shelia Howard Smith; husband Donnie Deel and her sister Michelle Poole Phelps.

Tammy is survived by her children Madison Daugherty of Bowling Green, KY and Mason Daugherty of Morgantown, KY; siblings Marilyn Jett and Tommy Smith both of Morgantown, KY; nephews Halston Dakota Jett, Jake Phelps and Zach Phelps.

A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025 at 6:00pm at Smith Funeral Home with Sister Leona Clark Jenkins officiating.  Visitation will be held on Monday, Feb. 24 from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at Smith Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Smith Funeral Home, PO Box 280, Morgantown, KY  42261.
