Teddy Ray Johnson, 59, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019 at the Morgantown Care and Rehab Center. He was born in Warren Co., Ky. on May 29, 1960.

No services will be held. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
