Wilma "Tootie" (Proctor) Tabor

Wilma “Tootie” Proctor Tabor, age 73, of Morgantown, Ky. passed away on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025.  She was born in Butler Co., KY on June 21, 1952.   She attended Butler Co. High School and was a homemaker.  She was a former caregiver and worked at Kellwood for several years.  She loved doing word search puzzles and bird watching.  She was preceded in death by her parents Archie and Dorothy McKinney Proctor; husband Doug Tabor; brother John Proctor and sister Mildred Smith.

She is survived by her daughter Sue Ratliff (Mike); grandson Ethan Cardwell; brothers and sister Charles Basham (Phyllis), Clara Roberts, Chester Procter, Ed Proctor; special niece and nephew Kay Proctor and Randy Proctor; several other nieces and nephews.

There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.  Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
